The NYCSBUS Board of Directors met on May 6 at 10:30am at NYC Public Schools' headquarters at 52 Chambers Street in New York City.

In attendance were Emma Vadehra (chair), PV Anantharam, Michael McClenathan and Heather Miller. Lori Podvesker was absent. NYC Public Schools staff member Andrew McClintock and NYCSBUUS CEO Matt Berlin were also present.

The chair called the meeting to order and noted that a quorum was present.

The first item on the agenda was consideration of the minutes of the December 6 board meeting. Those minutes were sent to the board on December 1st. After discussion director Anantharam moved and McClenathan seconded a resolution to accept the minutes. The minutes were accepted by unanimous vote.

The second item was a review of the CEO's report which was sent to the board on December 3.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30pm.
