Meeting Minutes
The meeting took place at 52 Chambers Street in New York City. It began at 9:30 a.m.

Michael McClenathan, the designee of the Director of NYC’s Office of Management and Budget
Emma Vadehra, board chair and designee of the Chancellor of NYC Public Schools

Chair Vadehra called the meeting to order.
The members approved the minutes of the meeting of September 29, 2022.
The board then adjourned to executive session.
After the board returned from executive session, CEO Berlin reminded the board that in May 2022 it had engaged CBIZ Marks Paneth as its auditor and tax preparer for two years. He observed that the year ending 2022 tax and audit work went smoothly but wanted to point out that before 2023 work begins this would be a good point to revisit that engagement. No vote was needed but the board agreed to continue with the CBIZ Marks Paneth engagement.
Chair Vadehra reported that NYC Public Schools is continuing to identify and review additional candidates for the NYCSBUS board.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00am.
